Summoners,
Starting with the next war, we are making the following changes to the Siphon Defense Tactic:
Tier 1-3 (Rank 3): Reduced Block Penetration per Stack from 1500 to 1000
Tier 4-5 (Rank 2): Reduced Block Penetration per Stack from 1000 to 750
These changes will be in effect when placing defenders for your next war.
