Really a bug or new way to get us to spend money on potions??

So its been about a month that I have been facing this issue that the game after almost every match gets disconnected and I lose the fight and half health. I have contacted support twice about this and they said the THE TEAM KNOWS about the problem and will fix it soon.

But what about the loss? all the potions I am having to use for alliance quest and potions?? These potions aren't cheap. Moreover this happens in war and the opponent gets a kill for no reason at all. AND THIS HAPPENS IN ALMOST EVERY FIGHT.
I am not the only one facing this issue, check the forum, many others facing similar issue and kabam is doing nothing about it.
and before you ask, there is absolutely nothing wrong with my network or my device. The problem is on the kabam's end
