Gold issues causing problems for masteries

I know, of all the days i could have recovered my points in masteries, i had to do it during the gold bug issue period. But i didn't think it would have an impact and now i'm left without Dexterity and Parry.

And yes, my 9trillion gold is still around.

The simple solution is to temporarily remove the cost of gold for masteries until this is rectified.
