Marvel Insider Reward Issue

So did anyone else get screwed over on marvel Insider?
I signed up because of the airwalker rewards (revives), they were late giving the points so i missed the rewards. Advertised points would arrive on 9/11, bundle expired 9/13, points actually arrived on 9/14.
No apology, no solution offered, they basically told me I could delete my account and have no intention of giving me the bundle.
This is a KABAM and Marvel Insider cross promotion... i would suggest maybe you look into it, Kabam, because this is all kinds of shady.
I'd be happy to provide the emails with their CSR.

Also, I highly doubt they said anything close to " you can delete your account".

And what about the fact it was supposed to be applied by September 11th? The package I intended to buy expired on the 13th, one day before the points were awarded.
I should have been able to buy it. If I can't get it, please just delete my account and personal information, i have no desire to be misled.
Them: "Hello Marvel Fan,
We regret to hear you wish to delete your account. To delete your account, please take the following steps:
1. Login at......" etc.
No answer to my question. No solution. Kabam partnered with them and setup the rewards, and most likely have linked up with an API. that makes this as much a kabam problem as a marvel insider one.
If I can't get it...
No attempt to fix it. Also, ignored the point on API and the fact that it's a partnership. No use arguing with forum trolls.
