Negative Units and I did nothing

I need help guys , I got negative units and I didn't do anything wrong. On July 4th I got 5 peter parker wallets and they charged me for 8, but the limit for the offer was 5. I sent a ticket to support but they didn't help at all, they basically told me that I did something wrong and that I broke Terms of service, when they made the mistake in the first place I sent 2 more tickets after that and they wrote the same thing. I'm actually done with this game, punishing your player base for their mistakes. If this doesn't get resolved them i'm calling it quits for this game.
