Incursions missing items

I was doing in incursions zone 8 and had made it to room 11 with my partner before we couldn’t go on (mind you I took down boss) but he couldn’t go on so we had ended it. Turns out I didn’t get my section 9,10, or 11 top zone reward for zone 8. I contacted support but they didn’t help at all so it turn to forums. In the photos I provide it shows the respond and proof that my last incursions run was on 11/17/2020 unfortunately there’s no way to prove that I made it to room 11 since it just says “incursions concluded”
