Venom the Duck not storing buffs after special attacks

After throwing a special, VTD is not storing his buffs and the persistent charge doesn't change from 0 during or after the fight. Anyone else experiencing this? I am assuming this is occuring after the new update, as I just updated today.

    After double checking, this may be due to the Equally Balanced global node. However, shouldn't the buffs still be stored after removal?

    Hey there, Equally Balanced will remove the Buffs to provide its benefits before Venom the Duck can bank them. This is working correctly, though Venom the Duck my have a harder time on this node than other Champions.
