Not receiving team revives from gifting.

I use an iPhone 11 with the latest operating system. WiFi or cell signal doesn’t matter. I have claimed multiple level two team revives from this gifting event and When I check my inventory the number never goes up. They aren’t in my back up inventory either. So far I have been shorted 5-6 team revives.
