Follow up: ISSUE WITH SIDE EVENT: IN-GAME, GAME CRASHED, I LOST MY TOKEN

@Kabam Zibiit I took your advice...and this is what they wrote. I'm baffled at their ____ response

"To keep the game fair,...we will not issue you any items lost".

HOW does that make sense when YOUR servers made MY game crash in which I LOST what you provided to me and cannot complete the contest?

Who runs your gamer support/marketing over there?? Is "geoffrey" a bot that didn't read the entire email? if so, the reply makes sense. If not, where is the critical thinking??
