She hulk/Mr. Fantastic synergy not working in cavalier eq

Decided to add she hulk into my fantastic 4 team for the additional power sting when opponent is debuffed in cavalier eq. The power sting never applied on any debuffs added to opponent. I tried two fights and it doesn't activate.

    Hey there, would you be able to specify which specific quest this was in, or what nodes were active?

    Map 3-1 cavalier difficulty path starts with wolverine middle right. Nodes are academic constitution, vexing blight, contagion, weak in the knees and plagued mind.

    Restarted eq and tried the path again and this time it's activating.

    It's happening again in this months cav eq. No power sting applied and weakness doesn't fall off when a non damaging debuff is applied. Same team Thing, Mr fantastic, human torch, invisible woman and she hulk. Very first map of cav eq. Happens on all paths ive tried. Please look into this. No video or pics this time.
