Stealth and symbiote spidermen synergy not working

Folks, what is wrong here?

This synergy should give to Stealth Spidey +100% Evade Ability Accuracy against Unblockable attacks while the Opponent has a Fragility debuff.

It just doesn't work, tried it against bosses in daily quest, I deliberately put a debuff with sp2 so that I can have enough time to try it, he didn't evade the unblockable sp once!
No matter if spider sense is active or not.

    He won't evade while blocking

    Stealthy won't trigger evade while blocking. He also only evades basic attacks. That synergy isn't very useful, but I think you've misunderstood stealthy's mechanics
