Cant purchase from unit store

Ok so I did the update and now all of a sudden I'm not able to purchase from the unit store. It stopped working on my tablet but was still able to use phone. Now all of sudden cant even use phone. Anyone got idea on why. I started this account in 2019 and never had an issue. Thank you in advance
