Cannot log into Kabam support

I have been having a problem redeeming my Google Play points for units into this game I cannot log into Kabam support because it does not recognize my user name and ID and it always send me back to the sign in screen am I the only one having this problem? Can anyone give me advice to help me with this. I would like to get support but have no way of getting it
