Kabam's support

Everything you need to know about Kabam's technical support. After the end of the alliance war season, I wrote to support about rewards since I had played 5 wars, but was kicked from the alliance. In response I get a message that I took part in 3 (this is important!!!!) Alliance Wars and I am not eligible for awards. To this I send them screenshots with proofs that I played 5 wars (screenshots from each war this season). To which I get a reply "You took part in 4 (!!!) Alliance Wars and will not be awarded. Question: how does checking the account work at all if the staff can't even tell if I did 3, 4 or 5 wars in a season?
