Stryfe cloak not working

I was just using my stryfe in a quest and found out while cloak is active he is not being invisible but the opponent is missing don't know how

    I was in 8.1 and found out that my Kitty's phase didn't work either. Seems like a bug. I seem to recall something about certain visual elements not popping up. I think your Stryfe is still cloaked (thus the misses) and my Kitty is still phased, it's just that they seem as if they're not.

    Which is really frustrating. I need to know whether I'm phased or not as Kitty. If I'm not, I'm often in all kinds of trouble.
