Why doesn't support comprehend English?

I am currently 12 emails deep into 1 support ticket and no matter how many times I explain the situation, the responses make it very clear they just do not understand English. Every email is answered by a different person.

Is there a way to get a support ticket escalated to a competent member of Kabam that can read the English language?

    I don't mind that it takes a day to reply. I wouldn't mind if it was 3 days if it was an answer that was even remotely addressing my situation.
