I as well as many others feel like there is still a lack of support or response from mods on the boards. There are numerous reported bugs and problems that don't even get acknowledge. No offense you want 1 million likes, well to get that maybe you have to look at how things are being handled with customer service. Yelp and all other type of review services get likes based off of good customer experience not rewards for liking their page. I'm trying to say this as constructive as possible, I'm not bashing Kabam or anyone but it's very frustrating to not have a constant presence on the forums. There were more mods added but they aren't seen around too regularly. Please take this as constructive criticism, if you want better ratings and more likes you have to first increase your customer support especially on the forums where is the only place the players have an actual voice.

I’ve mentioned this in the forum suggestion thread but can we please sticky threads with “known issues” or threads “under investigation” to avoid duplicate threads ?
First, the purpose of the forums is not to interact directly with Mods or the Game Team. While this is a part of it, remember that the major purpose of a forum is for you to connect with and interact with your fellow players. Your fellow summoners have a wealth of knowledge on the game, and their opinions are usually quite spot on.
Secondly, although we try very hard, it is not possible for a moderator to address every thread. There are thousands of you, and a handful of us. Additionally, remember that not every thread or question needs a moderator reply. Even if we don't have a chance to reply to everything, it doesn't mean that we haven't seen them or taken them into account.
All of this being said, I want to thank you again for your constructive criticism, and I want to assure you that I will take this to heart, and pass it on to the rest of the team as well.
EDIT: Another important thing to note is that we have recently increased our Forum coverage to 7 days a week, as we had laid out in our plans months ago.
