Anyone else seem to have get charged double for daily offer?

My Paragon daily offer read that it was $4.99 and it was a mythic nexus so I figured why not, but then the charge that appeared from apple was for $9.98. Not sure what else it would have been. Anyone else have this issue?

    Apple Store doesn’t charge tax for whatever reason.
