Ultron not triggering regen in AQ

Second day on a row playing Ultron on map 4 of AQ. He hasn't triggered regen a single time when reaching the normal thresholds. Am I missing something? Rise to power was today's enhancement.

    facing multiple opponents. the last time was on the mutant path at section 3 against jubilee.
    i know one fight was against an ultron drone. all types but none that day anything about preventing regen. it's map 4. it did it on basic nodes too which only have the increase attack and 3rd special (plus modifier)

    that is weird. i think a good way to show a bug is record it next time and show it here

    Do you have any footage or screenshots of this? Or would you be able to remember if any other nodes were active, or if you've seen this happen in any other game mode?
