  This has almost the same energy as nerf doom or give everyone doom.
  
  Also, why do you want to get rid of his annoying defensive mechanic? He isn't exactly spectacular on offense (still decent) and removing his killer instinct kinda removes most of his defensive threat. With no defensive threat, he would be a very lackluster way to start off 2024.

  Gamma and arcane isn't hard to reach.
  
  Also just read his kit. When you push him to sp1, stop attacking him, bait the sp1, and wait out killer instinct and he is easy again. Alternatively bring a hard counter for him like Iceman. No evade, no bleeds, easy game, easy life.

  So your problem isn't that you can't fight tough defenders, you just don't want to.

  He's annoying for sure, but he has counters (evade counter/passive stun/etc). It's the freaking nodes they have on him that make him extra horrible (crit node & limber). Otherwise, you can just use any bleed immune champ and parry-MLM him down. Funnily enough, photon with wag pre-fight was my best counter for bullseye lol.

  The problem isn't his killer instinct per say but the overuse of Unblockable in this game. Seems Kabam thinks its fun to try and be perfect and not make a mistake in this game.
  
  I don't see it changing though because it increases the odds that someone has to use health potions or revives...needing more of those means more than likely higher unit usage and higher unit usage increases the chances people spend real world money.
