  What does the LOCK symbol say when you click on it ?
  
  I’ve seen someone else show that one of the champ selectors was locked for them as well, don’t know why.
  
  It can’t require that you already have the champ, that would defeat the purpose (one of the purposes) of being able to select a piece you need to get the champ. (the other purpose being to turn around and sell it for it's associated ## of treasury resource, if you already have the champs).

  I do not have Deathless Vison yet as stated above. I was one piece away from deathless vision. I can't look at what it say because I had to select piece to move on to play the game.

  You need to submit a Support Ticket.
  
  Don’t sell that piece you had to select in the meantime.
  
  Also, they can’t do anything for you directly here in Forum Posts.

  Now it's affecting claiming the final big prizes for the Platinum Track players paid for. So the "delay" into looking into it is now causing more problems. And its going to continue to avalanche. Maybe it should be a top priority already?

  Evidently not resolved for this person yet.
  
  (support might have auto closed because of secondary issue, not being able to claim Platinum Track selector because not pop-ing up. But should be able to correct which Deathless Piece they were forced into selecting in original issue because the one they needed was the only one LOCKED OUT from their Piece Selector, top pics)
