Versus Glitch

in Bugs and Known Issues
Recently I have not been able to enter a versus match. When I click on the versus icon it only shows me the 1v1 option and when i click it I get a message that says Lost connection and it returns me to the homescreen but my connection is perfect with every other feature such as story and events. Has anybody ever had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

    banned for what? i never cheated..can i ever get unbanned? what the heck ..Is it possible i played it too much?

    But is it permanent because i can still play story , duels and events? Does that mean that its temporary? Or they banned me from only playing versus forever?
