Good afternoon. The game does not start. Writes a problem when connecting to the network. When discussing with the players of the union, it turned out that for the most part it is connected with the network operator. Broblems from MTS Bilaya and Megafon. Is this the way to solve this problem?

Additionally, some troubleshooting steps which may help resolve this issue:
- Try turning airplane mode on and then off.
- Close out of the app, reboot device, try logging in again.
- On iOS, close the app completely, log out of Game Center, open the app again and log-in directly to your Kabam account.
- Uninstall the game, then reinstall.

We have same troubles.
Is kabam server located in amazon cloud? Because Russian goverment block large amount of ip adresses and tring block telegram messanger which places in Amazon cloud. Can it be relaited?
