Need to contact Kabam Support

I just purchased the Deadpool 3* Crystal pack, and before I purchased it, the hero rating on him was over 1300, which I guess would be 3/4 or somewhere in the final stage of leveling up. When I purchased it, they gave me a base 3*, which definitely wasn’t the one I thought I was going to get

    Hey RcktMn4, I'm sorry for any confusion! To submit a Support ticket, simply tap on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
