Why is everyone asking for ridiculous compensation 5* 6* 5* awakening gems rdts imma mid level player 250k rating and that even to me seem perpostourious could i and would i use all yes i would but realiticaly qere not and i mean not getting those so a reasonable compensation i believe would be energy refills and revives and potions and to keep player maybe a t2 alpha and some t4cc and t4b but id also like to see the return or something similiar to rockets raccoon store what is everyone else thought is this reasonable what would be reasonable to u?

give me back enough gold and Battlechips to cover AQ 66666 for as long as the issues continue for... It has been what over a month now since the overheating issue....we cant play arena for more than a couple minutes at a time... some of us have heavy donations and with all the issues and overheating, some of us couldn't do any arena, and some of us have significantly destroyed our phones and the battery in order to do arena (kabam won't do a thing to anyone that is destroying their Iphones).

Anything else is a bonus, but at the bare minimum, they should be compensating us with heavy resources or eliminate resources needed for Alliance Quest (this would be the best compensation). Let prestige determine what rewards you get, not whether or not your alliance has enough resources in their treasury.

While we understand that 19.0 caused some problems for Summoners that made it difficult to play the game, you should not be expecting anything like what we delivered around 12.0. This is because all of the items we distributed during 12.0 were part of an adjustment package to help prepare you for a whole new world in the Contest where a lot changed.

Compensation isn't about free stuff. It's about rectifying the issues that were caused. To be blunt and cut to the point, I'm sorry to say but you should not be expecting Rank Down Tickets, Awakening Gems, huge Crystal shard amounts, or the like.

That said, I don't know at this time what you should be expecting, and cannot comment any further at this time.

@Kabam Miike you are right, compensation is not about free stuff, but this overheating issue had been going for a long time now. Now to mention two other large issues in the past 2-3 months as well. Compensation is about rectifying the issue, and for issues as large as this it would take a lot. I don't mean to sound harsh with this, but a long time ago you guys at kabam promised that everything would be tested before launch, and this last 2-3 months are evidence that testing isn't happening.

This game has been causing real damage to people’s electronic devices and hindered them from playing your game. As i agree it’s not about free stuff, this is not they way you want to come off to all the people whom have spent money on your game or have dedicated themselves to furthering there accounts. I find unimaginably childish and extremely foolish on your mouths part. I can tell you have no business or people sense and looking at the problems with the game including the overheating and extreme lag issues you don’t have much programming sense either. A little 2 cents for you sir would be to let someone else post on here with better tact. To basically say we messed with your personal property and game accounts that we spent so much time and money on and don’t give a **** to help cover our screw ups is unimaginable. I do not wish to be rude here but i took this post as such.

Yup. People either ruined their phones or let their alliance down when they couldn't participate in war or quest without their phone turning into an oven. But Kabam wants to act like if they have out a bunch of free digital stuff to everyone that it would break the game and be unfair. I will tell you what @Kabam Miike , I think Kabam should compensate people exactly what they lost out on. Anyone who lost a phone due to overheating should get a check in the mail for the replacement of an iPhone. Sonething tells me when actual dollars are on the line that some free digital rewards wouldn't seem like such a big deal though.

If you were looking for the worst way possible to deliver this news, you nailed it man. Condescending and demeaning to people who literally just wanted to play the game but couldn’t. And saying that large amounts of shards aren’t in the cards when there’s videos out there showing how easy it is for higher level players to earn a 5 star crystal a week from almost doing arena alone - that’s out of touch and even more condescending. Yet again it looks like kabam is looking for the bare minimum here when they should be trying to go above and beyond to repair the damage they have caused this entire year. Bad story after bad story, bugs, overheating, AQ debacle, the entire war situation and piloting/pay to play, champs suddenly changing and developing bugs when confirmed to work as intended...the list goes on and on. You had one chance here to get it right and OVERCOMPENSATE and actually show you guys maybe care about this player base, and out the gate you already messed it up and got people upset and expecting a pittance if that. I’m honestly baffled at why you guys still have your positions there and any ill will you receive is entirely on you and justified. Wow. Just wow.

Sooo...you (the team) most likely are going to give people bare minimum while not fixing the game...when people have asked, to a degree, to slow down releases for the fixes to be made...

I really don't care about gems. To me it's all about the shards and wasted resources due to poor game performance. I still can't grind the arena like I used to so I'm still missing out on shards. There should be a significant amount of shards given as compensation but it sounds like we see things differently. I really just want the game back to a stable state.

To be blunt, I don't see any condescension in @Kabam Miike 's announcement. It simply states Kabam's position. You may not like that position, but that doesn't mean every position you don't agree with is condescending. It sounds to me like you expect @Kabam Miike to sound remorseful about the horrible position his employer has taken. That's entirely unrealistic.

So you basically saying that your gonna confensate with very little where we had multiple problems, required a beta test that backfired, possibly destroying iOS devices and your barely gonna even give the necessity of a month and a half problems!?

@Kabam Miike give the confensation that makes us feel like we are appreciated, don’t make it something that’s like spit in the face. You guys want to go bankrupt. Treat you’re playerbase with respect and not like ****. Without us, you all wouldn’t be very successful

Kabam Mike lacks any kind of public relations skills. The way Kabam Mike communicates with the customers of his service is appalling. I’m considering ceasing all game play if kabam services.

The company that RUINED one of my iPhones and forced me to get a new replacement phone because it destroyed my battery has someone absolutely incapable of communicating in a way that makes its customers not consider the liability that Kabam has for its damage to its users devices. A class action promoted by the absolute anger that Kabam Mike instills with his rude behavior might get Kabam to stop letting him be their spokesperson. I know many users that express their hatred of Kabam mike. I find it hard to believe Kabam is not aware of it.

For people that are unable to use the game, Kabam should compensate with all lost donations and crystals and other items that would have been earned in this very long duration of Kabam not fixing their overheating issue.

Kabam... you need to get rid of Kabam Mike.

For being a Free-To-Play game, there are a lot of people ****! Yes, the game has had issues, I’ve had my share of them just like everyone else, but in the end it is just a game. It is important for Kabam to take their player base into consideration and while compensation is always appreciated, it’s not something everyone should expect everything there is an in-game issue. Complain all you want, you can’t expect a Free-to-Play game to perform flawlessly. Bottom line is that all of us are going to keep playing this game, some of us will even spend money on in-game items, but Kabam; please fix the issue!

This was worse than 12.0, 12.0 at least we could still play the game. Compensation is about fixing what you did and going the extra mile to make your customer happy. Example: You're eating at a restaurant, you are unhappy with your food for whatever reason ( it's not cooked). Most managers would give you the food ( fixing what they did) and make it free ( making the customer happy).

Agreed, 100%. From what I can tell, it wasn't condescending at all. It was meant to be honest, something that people ask for on a daily basis in the form of transparency. Which is a good thing, when you think of the expectations that develop in the interim with these things, from not knowing. To me, that's not condescending at all. That's being forthright and caring about people getting their hopes up.

As long as people keep giving revenue to Kabam regardless of their treatment to players and the general functioning of the game, they will continue with this treatment. They will offer the bare minimum in compensation and expect players to take it and spend more. Kabam’s statement in this post shows that. I have not spent in a very long time and I urge others to do the same at this point. Kabam needs to properly compensate players and generally just fix their game.
