Summoner appreciation crystals not putting rewards in stash

I had 541 units in my stash , opened 2 summoner appreciation crystals got 150units and 1 6k Alliance health and they never appeared in my stash.
I closed the app and restarted it and still nothing , WTF is wrong with Kabam .
Who know how much other stuff I opened from those crystals I never got ??????

    I am sorry to hear you are having issues with the crystals not putting the rewards in your stash. Please reach out to the Support Team. In the game on the home screen, please tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a support ticket and a member of our Support Team will be happy to assist you further.
