[Incursions] Strategic Movement is still bugged

Strategic Movement is still bugged. I had Strat Movement and we were at Sector 8 Zone 9 while I was quaking building up the Furies. I threw it at around 50 charges and it didn’t deal any bonus damage, it only pumped Yondu from 0 to 3 bars of power in an instant and I died. Tried it with Corvus and after 10 charges, I hit him and again he went to an SP3 in an instant. Costed me a team revive which isn’t cheap.
