4 days wait is pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't spend again until it gets resolved. It's not like you were able to claim or use any of those units. People are sleeping on the SiM buff. He's really good now and the 7* with crit focus does make a big difference imo.

It's been that way since raids were introduced. Happens in incursions and regular aq as well with odins pre fights falling off.

The key isn't in my inventory and the sq shows locked. Haven't missed a day and the key did visually show on the calendar rewards screen.

Solution didn't work for me either. Flickering screen and can't enter fights. Stuck on loading screen.

Were they force quitting when fights went poorly? That will set all charges to 0. The Regen part I can't answer tho.

Yea cable doesn't work that way but OG storm will get her prowess. She's really great for him especially this GC meta. Dex to get bleeds which gives prowess. There's been 3 different customer service reps responding to my support ticket all basically saying the crystal was used so they're not gonna do anything. I don't think another ticket will help but I may have to try that. Feels like I'm wasting my whole day on this.

I read the offer which said it was a class nexus. I didn't purchase it right away but got it before the offer left. I was expecting a class nexus and it was just a class crystal. Dunno how that's on me considering the mail sent stated it was a class nexus.

Yea looks like I've got no avenues left. I'm pretty surprised considering support was "primed". Does anyone have any other ideas? No I haven't used him, leveled anyone with iso, or open a titan. None of the resources I got from opening the crystal have been used.

Spending 6k units and getting something worse than advertised isn't really all that nice. Support was also primed, but they also seem to be no real help as they told me they couldn't do anything because I opened the crystal. Dunno what's going on lately, but these issues seem to be getting more prevalent imo.

I found it odd as well. I didn't check the forum until after I had a response from support. I didn't know what the solution was going to be but doing nothing wasn't what I was expecting.

I sent a support ticket but the response said since I opened it they couldn't do anything. Didn't realize it wasn't a nexus until it started spinning with the reel. Not sure what else to do but definitely sucks being out 6k units on something that was advertised incorrectly.

I watched YouTubers instead of learning the WoW fights in game. It's too punishing with 10 energy per attempt. I'd much rather play the game and learn these fights myself, but I also hate the feeling of being punished for practicing.
