I was in the global chat looking for an alliance and two people offended me in a very vulgar way.

    Hey there, you can either click their profile pictures and hit the button labeled "Report" or you can send a report to our Support Team, who can be reached by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the game's home screen and then clicking the button labeled "Support".
