  • I had the residual '2' notification too. It may have to with Incursions. It was one of the bonus challenges that I had for several months and had not completed. Incursion challenge 3/3 was to spend Incursion Artifacts. When I did that, the 3rd Incursions Challenge went away as did the phantom notification.
