4* basic arena grind the milestones every time is the easiest arena, which is the best way to get units. Also when you have enough to get half the suicides (eg double edge but not liquid courage) buy it to make grinding for the rest quicker.

Sorry I don’t know how to reply to individual comments, no I don’t do the arena is it worth the effort? And yes I do spend my glory on them but that still gets me max 2/3 per month. Just feels like with how many are needed for any real upgrades to my roster (eg 6 if I want to take 5* to rank 3) I’m having to wait a few…
