Just finished 5.2 100%. The rewards are trash for the level of difficulty Kabam, especially considering the level of difficulty for the Collector. Did you say your alliance ran map 6 all 5 days and you didn't score in the top 300? That would require a very low starting prestige which seriously effects the difficulty of the map. If you are looking for an alliance that runs map 6 as a challenge you might be able to find one at 4100. If you want in a higher alliance…

As far as I know they have always allowed it if you present a good case for it. They just won't allow it without a really good reason. They prevent people from doing it any time they please for good reason, but they aren't heartless about it.

As in, is there an opening time when you might get a better champ? No. All random. Just cross your fingers and open it. Just make sure you don't throw your device if you get a champ you don't like.

They may have less value due to the introduction of 5*'s, but they aren't worthless. Especially to the bulk of players. If you are still running map 3 or 4 then they are amazing champs to have. I ran into that in 5.2.4 Caltrops line. Iceman's first coldsnap wasn't coming up at all, then the L1 coldsnap would show the debuff but SM would continue to evade. Haven't gotten around to testing him anywhere else.

I had an issue in AW with Cable yesterday. He kept catching me on evades. Could swear they were timed right, I just couldn't get away from him. Seemed like my evades were clipped short every time. I normally just plain kill him. No issues on any other node or champ before or since.
