Support folks gonna be busy with these ones. Over the holidays no less. They better get bonuses. Account validation is extremely important and unfortunately done poorly by many players here. How do you sign-in to play the game? I still don’t get how this happens to people.

Not totally disagreeing here but kind of am. Netmarble has had a lot of failures because they make poor decisions with other games. This game is holding them up quite a bit. With this game holding up so much weight, it’s not unreasonable to expect a better and more responsive support system.

Probably the best free game I’ve played. Obviously they need to make money and the “whales” help with that. I appreciate them for keeping the game going. We have seen plenty of free players getting further than average players like you or I can. This game is not greedy in any way.
