• Her sp2 doesn’t trigger power drain, that’s just her sp1 and scales per shock debuff on the opponent. Her sp2 doubles the shock charges for a bunch of damage and does not power drain. You’re right on the second part, the specials need to end with the shock Debuffs still active.
