Yesterday the game was down for hours and today the web stores down! Games going down like the Titanic since this update

I was doing some matches in battlegrounds to reach the Gladiator Circuit before this season ends and I got kicked out the match and I had to refresh the app because it wouldn’t let my back in and I lost the match by default????!!!!!

JUST tried the new promo codes for the first time, told "You have reached the coupon redemption limit." How, exactly, did I reach the limit if I have never used them before?! Anyone else having this issue?
