So I went into battleground and played a match and realised I was in the gladiators circuit already at the beginning if season without going through vibranium first

My total base hero ratings was 7.5 milion(approx) Now it is showing me 7.1 million, wtf?
Ascension issues
Using the ascension dust, whether it’s 4, 5, or 6 stars, when I hit the button to do it an error message pops up and I can’t complete the function. Is this happening to anyone else?
