Mastery Point from Radiance Store.
I purchased the mastery point from the radiance store, went into inventory and opened it, then nothing happened, it does not show up in my mastery build, nor do I have a red notification by my profile picture indicating an unused mastery point.
Game crashing and won't reopen until the cache is cleared

Account level
I was level 64 , today I reach 65. But they sent me a congrat note for reaching level 64 & I did not get the rewards affiliated with it, sent a ticket to support center but didn’t get any response yet…& the account is stuck on level 64.. that blue bar is full & not moving at all… what should i do

I've had an account i made in 2016 but i cannot link it to a kabam account, everytime i try it creates a new account.

Mcoc crashing
Is it just me or does anybody else have this mcoc bug. I can't enter the game. Everything i try and enter it says that something went wrong with champions. Champions closed because this app has a bug. And that i should try again after this error has being fixed. Is anyone else getting this, or just me?
Battlegrounds Scrambler objectives bugged?
I’ve won matches in BGs with Venom the Duck in my roster and even won fights with him and have not gotten any points towards the objectives. Anyone have answers?

New promo doesnt work
Create new account and use promo on 6star crystall. L also get weekly crystall from store and in game l have only it. Promo crystall doesnt come to my account. When l try to use promo, site say, that l make a limit yet. Where is crystall?
ALLIANCE WAR/INGAME LAG
There seems to be an issue where the game is taking along time to load into fights or not loading in at all. Can this be looked into please as I have had to use units and health potions from the disconnect. Wouldn’t mind if it was in questing but is happening in alliance war
