Google play achievement not popping
Hi, i have been advised to make a post here, the act 2 achievement isn't popping and I have 100% in it and im on act 7, anyone know how to fix this, i have done everything that was suggested (clearing chache, restarting device, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, etc)
Freeze bug
Does anyone else have big freezes mid fight? I just came out of a big fight which is timed, and at no point was there a way for me to play the game normally. I had to guess what the ai was doing and had to wait for 10 sec before the screen even moved, the input I do does not get saved so if I dash back and at that point…

Mastery Point from Radiance Store.
I purchased the mastery point from the radiance store, went into inventory and opened it, then nothing happened, it does not show up in my mastery build, nor do I have a red notification by my profile picture indicating an unused mastery point.
Game crashing and won't reopen until the cache is cleared

Account level
I was level 64 , today I reach 65. But they sent me a congrat note for reaching level 64 & I did not get the rewards affiliated with it, sent a ticket to support center but didn’t get any response yet…& the account is stuck on level 64.. that blue bar is full & not moving at all… what should i do

I've had an account i made in 2016 but i cannot link it to a kabam account, everytime i try it creates a new account.
