Redeemed the weekly and daily summoners market points and they didn’t go towards the event and I’m currently waiting to buy offers towards the swords and stones track any help?

No summoner fest rewards after claiming free 10.000 points
So i have a couple of baby accounts i log in to when i feel like it. Today was such a day. I opened the account, had multiple “mails”. Summoner fest point not included
As i have received 10k summoner points in compensation but after claim its not included in my points then why its there just for show of Dear kabam its very frustrating

Why Bug Story
Most of the story I've played is 98% complete, and I've played them all correctly. Why is this happening? Is it a bug?
Lumatrix Striker broken
Just lost a BG match because im tapper striker on Lumatrix and hes tapping block. Checked with a WS fight and the icon is blinking but no striker is coming out until about 10/15 spam clicks finally triggers it

Both the DaveWasRight code and SWORDANDTHESTONE code was redeemable, but I did not receive my items in game
