Is kabam still reworking old champions to buff them or is that scrapped? Just curious

I have incursions on my fight mode menu, but when I go in, there are no rewards to be achieved (other than basic gold milestones) Is this mode supposed to be here? I thought we were getting it later this month, and I thought it was supposed to contain the last piece of SF Starlord.
