Anyone else having problems with hercules heavy attacks and not giving a charge anymore?

Please fix the delay in BG for pressing specials and relics this is just nuts i got cornered and just pushed like a idiot on my screen on the special button but nothing happened got 3times full 5 combo’s on my face right after each combo

Destroyer - Nightmare Raids Question
My pod is on the third path and I cannot seem to build up charges on Destroyer. I keep punishing heavies and specials but am not getting anywhere. Am I missing something or are others seeing the same thing? Thank you!

America Chavez is the best raids champ
This was a 26 second damage cap with only 13 charges. Also 1 sp2 takes you from 1% health to 100%. So you can just spam the tiny revives and not have to worry about having no health. Phenomenal champ

Rank 3 Okoye or rank 2 Zemo?
I have all the resources to either rank 3 my unawakened Okoye and remain TB for a while longer or I can rank 2 unawakened Zemo and become Paragon. Are daily quests, crystals, and calendars significantly better for paragon over TB to forfeit a rank 3 Okoye?
