Just came back to the game after months and I opened the nexus with a choice of nico, baron zemo, or Karolina. Should I choose Nico or Karolina?

Made it to sec 29 stuck on Medusa boss with aggressive regen… this bloooows no regen cap either so she just heals right back to 100% thanks Kabam.. any suggestions?!
Is this team enough for The Ordeal?
I have selected this team to tackle the ordeal, but I wanted some opinions and tips before I entered. Do you guys think this team is enough? Are there any roadblocks I should be aware?
