Bug/ Loading Issues

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the latest update is causing issues with all screens in-game. And everything takes forever to load up because of it... And I also went to support regarding my unit store issue with no resolution... And the steps suggested were followed.

I have identical problem. Android 9 and mcoc update is causing this. Google pixel XL 2 is what I have.
