@Gamer My bug post was inaccurate but he's still bugged. Champions take unavoidable damage when being inflicted with fatigue. According to that fight's node and Ultron Drone ability descriptions unavoidable damage should only occur when landing attacks AFTER fatigue has been inflicted:

Thank you for the information everyone. This issue was resolved in the November 23 round of fixes.
