This is getting frustrating

This is not fear to be band or permanent suspended from game chat by posting few messages on global chat to find members for my alliance.
Is any way to speak with a member of Kabam!?

Thanks Philly...i have done this for 4 or 5 times ...all i get is the same mail with case closed.
This is frustrating that i don't get an answer ...why!!??

To be honest i did put about 3 ..4 messeges on the chat...i didn't know that i will be suspended by recruting on global chat!?
