Purchases no longer available!! HELP!!!

I got this problem last night. Right after that, I tried to uninstall the game and then reinstall, it didn't work.
I logged out Google account and then restart the device, and signed back in Google account. It didn't work either...
I sent a ticket to support center hoping they can answer me. But no one response.....
So I searched for this problem and noticed that many ppl got the same problem and they never been fixed....
