Not receive shards from 5-star and 4-star daily cards
Hi guys, I've bought the 5-star daily card and 4-star daily card on December 2nd. Until today Dec 5th I haven't received any shards from those cards. Any bug here? Ingame name: Prince Tom

I got this problem last night. Right after that, I tried to uninstall the game and then reinstall, it didn't work.
