Not receive shards from 5-star and 4-star daily cards

Hi guys,

I've bought the 5-star daily card and 4-star daily card on December 2nd. Until today Dec 5th I haven't received any shards from those cards. Any bug here?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues after purchasing your daily cards. I would recommend reaching out to our support team about this matter, they'll be able to better assist you. To do this, select the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
