I’m at a loss on who to use a recently acquired 4* awakening gem on. Here’s my 4* heroes I have to choose from. What do you guys think?

It's between hype and voodoo...voodoo gains more from it but it also makes hype,who is already a beast unduped,even better with that increased buff duration..but given that it's a generic,I would use it on voodoo
