Howard still healing after being stunned

Was fighting a Howard with aspect of chaos and he swapped health I waited it out and when it swapped back he started to regen but when I stunned him it didn’t cancel out
I accidentally pushed him to a sp2 because if his regen had worked as it said I would have killed him
Anyways he went from 5% health to 100%

It was in variant 1:3 and as far as I know it’s just aspect of chaos
